The Pinnacle Health Group
We’ve partnered with The Pinnacle Health Group to form a team of specialized reimbursement consultants who can help the billing or coding specialist in your office or organization. The Pinnacle Reimbursement Support Team is available live to respond to customer requests for reimbursement support.
The Reimbursement Support Team is competent to answer questions on several coding topics, such as:
- General coding and use of modifiers
- Benefit verification and prior authorization
- Appropriate claim completion
- Payer coverage
- Assistance with appeals and underpayments

Located at our offices in Morrisville, NC, your Customer Experience Team member works with your Field Sales Representative to ensure your needs are met.
