Reimbursement Support Options

If you have questions on billing and coding for FeNO monitoring, help is available. NIOX® provides reimbursement support options to NIOX® customers to ensure that they have the assistance they need when coding for FeNO.

The Pinnacle Health Group

We’ve partnered with The Pinnacle Health Group to form a team of specialized reimbursement consultants who can help the billing or coding specialist in your office or organization. The Pinnacle Reimbursement Support Team is available live to respond to customer requests for reimbursement support.

The Reimbursement Support Team is competent to answer questions on several coding topics, such as:

  • General coding and use of modifiers
  • Benefit verification and prior authorization
  • Appropriate claim completion
  • Payer coverage
  • Assistance with appeals and underpayments
