To access the correct support page for your device it's important to know which device you have - either NIOX PRO® or NIOX VERO® - as support will differ for each device.
To know which device you have, you can simply check the back label of your device, which will state whether the device you own is the NIOX VERO® or the next-generation NIOX PRO®.
NIOX PRO®
NIOX PRO® was released in 2025, so if you received your NIOX® device from mid-2026 onwards, you likely have the next generation NIOX® device - NIOX PRO®. Visually, this features a mounted carry handle on the top, a larger screen, and breathing handle that sits in the breathing handle holder on the right side of your device.
